Privacy Notice

This notice explains how ANTIM collects, uses, shares, and stores information when you browse our site, create an account, place an order, or contact us. It reflects our current practices and may be updated as the business or our service providers change.
1. Information We Collect
- Account details: Name, email address, phone number, and password-related account identifiers.
- Order details: Shipping address, billing address, order history, and delivery instructions.
- Payment details: We do not intentionally store raw card numbers on our servers. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers.
- Device and usage data: Basic technical and browsing data needed to operate the site, improve performance, and understand usage patterns.
2. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing accounts.
- Processing orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and customer support requests.
- Sending marketing messages only when you have opted in, and allowing you to opt out later.
- Improving site performance, product recommendations, fraud prevention, and operational reporting.
3. Sharing and Service Providers
We share information only with service providers that help us run the store. We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with these vendors restricting them to using the data solely for the designated purpose:
- Hosting & Infrastructure: AWS, Vercel.
- Payment Gateways: Razorpay, Stripe (we do not process raw card details ourselves).
- Logistics: Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket.
- Marketing & Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Klaviyo (only loaded if you provide cookie/marketing consent).
Cross-Border Transfers: When data is processed outside your country, it is transferred using appropriate contractual, security, and organizational safeguards required by applicable law.
4. Cookies and Tracking
Essential cookies help the site work. Non-essential cookies and tags are only enabled after you choose to allow them in the cookie banner.
5. Retention
We retain data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes below, then delete or anonymize it when we no longer need it:

| Checkout sessions and pending orders | Until the order is completed, fails, or is abandoned. |
6. Children
Our store is not intended for children. If we learn that we collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will review the request and take appropriate action.
7. Security
We use a mix of technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect account and order data, including access controls, encrypted connections, and restricted administrative access.
8. Your Global Privacy Rights
We believe privacy is a fundamental right. Regardless of where you live, we grant all our users the following rights over their personal data:
- Right to Access & Portability: You can download a copy of all the data we hold about you using the Export Data tool in your account dashboard.
- Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can permanently delete your account and anonymize your order history directly from your dashboard.
- Right to Correction: You can instantly update your profile information and addresses via your account settings.
- Right to Opt-Out: You can withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time, and you can revoke tracking cookie consent using the Privacy Preferences button on our site.
9. Mandatory Regional Disclosures
United States (California CCPA/CPRA)
We collect the following statutory categories of personal information: Identifiers, Commercial Information, and Internet/Electronic Network Activity. We do not sell your personal information for monetary value. We may "share" identifiers and internet activity with analytics partners if you consent to tracking cookies. You can opt out using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our footer.
India (DPDP Act, 2023)
We process your data strictly based on your consent or to fulfill our legitimate obligation to process your order. You have the right to nominate an individual to exercise your privacy rights in the event of death or incapacity. Canada (PIPEDA & Quebec Law 25)
Your data may be stored on servers located in the United States or India. As a result, your personal information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions according to their laws. Our Privacy Officer can be reached via the grievance contact below.
Australia (Privacy Act 1988)
In compliance with APP 8 (Cross-border disclosure), we take reasonable contractual and security steps (such as DPAs and SCCs) to ensure our overseas service providers do not breach the Australian Privacy Principles.
