Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, or after we verify that a replacement or order correction is not required.

Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5 to 10 business days, but bank and card networks may take additional time to post the funds.

Non-Refundable Charges

Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, COD fees, and gift card value are generally non-refundable unless the law or our error requires otherwise.
